We get an incredible amount of joy and satisfaction from making bread by hand and we would like to share some of our skills with you, so you too can experience the pleasure of creating nutritious and delicious bread from scratch at home.
We also run course to help other would-be bakers to start up small artisan community supported bakeries throughout the UK. Below are our forthcoming course dates.
