Bread in Transition

It's been a while since I last blogged about the bakery. We've been up to our arms in dough and spreading the word about the bakery. Part of the word-spreading came in the form of a workshop we did on Friday at the Transition North Conference here in Slaithwaite. We told our story and explaines the concept behind community supported baking. It was an amazing event with groups coming from all over the North representing Transition Towns and Cooperative members to talk about Climate Change, Peak Oil and rebuilding our communities into thriving resilient places to live and prosper.
